All prices are in Canadian funds. Please contact us with your order choosing one of the following options:
Shipping
Orders within Canada over $39 before taxes are shipped FREE using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Post
Service. Please note the following exceptions or requirements for free shipping:
- Free Shipping applies only to orders placed and processed via this website
- Entire purchase must come to at least $39 before taxes
- Applies to Canadian shipping addresses only
- All items must be shipped together, in one order, for Free Shipping to apply. Please note delivery time may be longer
- No further discounts (such as Library, bulk or seasonal clearance discounts) apply to orders which qualify for free shipping
- Free shipping does not apply to items mailed C.O.D. or those mailed to Air Stage Points
in Canada
Regular shipping rates for orders under $39 are calculated when you proceed to the online checkout. If you would
like confirmation of the shipping charges, or information on shipping arrangements and charges for orders to be
shipped outside Canada, please email us.
Taxes, Duty & Customs
All orders within Canada include GST. Orders of music, video and giftware shipped within Manitoba and Ontario are
subject to that province's PST. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to additional
charges for duty or customs, paid by the customer on receipt of delivery.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and C.O.D. for online orders. Credit Card payment details are encrypted automatically when you submit the information over our secure connection, using the unbreakable PGP security mechanism. Your credit card information is not retained digitally in our systems. For in-store shopping at any of our locations, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, cash or cheque. All prices are in Canadian funds.
Special Orders
Can't find what you're looking for? Our online database of titles is growing all the time but does not represent an
exhaustive list of books in stock at Hull's, or Christian books in print. Please email or phone us to place a special order request and we will do
the research to find what you're looking for.
Returns
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-461-1365 or email
shipping@hullsbookstores.com to arrange a product return. Refunds are only with original receipt and the
credit is applied to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. Depending on the reason for your
return, shipping fees may not be refundable. In most cases, the customer is responsible for the postage and
shipping charges to return items by mail. You may also bring your item and original receipt to one of our stores to
return.
Privacy
Hull's Family Bookstores values your privacy and we take every precaution to ensure your personal information is protected. We do not share your information with any third parties without your express consent. Our e-commerce system encrypts your personal information using SSL security, the industry standard. We are committed to respecting the privacy of our valued customers.
